Free home delivery on order value above 1499 pan India. On order value below 1499 we charge ₹150 for local delivery & ₹ 250 for outstation

You can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallets.

Yes, You can cancel/modify the order based on the item or product which the order is placed (For same day delivery we request 2 to 3 hours prior notice )( For Outstation deliveries the order can be cancelled before shipping) To cancel/more changes kindly reach us on our customer care at order@thecocobay.com for more information.

Store the Product in a Clean, Dry and odorless environment at 15⁰ to 20⁰C. Please refer to the product storage information on the product page.

Yes, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the Website. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided by us in the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email sent to you.

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us within 1 hour from the time of order delivered. Kindly reach us at order@thecocobay.com with your order number, issue and digital photograph of damaged goods for us to assess and verify its packaging/condition, and we will arrange for resolution.
